Build a community for your eCommerce business. Don’t just rely on Amazon PPC and paid traffic. Invest in truly connecting with your audience.

A quick action you can take, create a free Facebook group in your niche, and sponsor it from your brand. This way, your Facebook group name isn’t “My brand Group”, but something like “niche product name Enthusiasts”. In there, put some of your team, and invite your customers from Amazon (via insert card), email list, social media.

As this group groups, find your most active users and invite them to a private “paid” Facebook group. This is invite-only, and not really paid – but more a brand ambassador group. Give them freebies, ask them to help give feedback on your product, reward them. Give them shout outs. Make win-wins.
